STEELFORM SRL, a company based in Friuli, has been a world leader in metal processing and forming since 1978. It is HP CORSE's partner in the production of exhaust system components and throughout the entire production process. HP CORSE Bologna is the heart of the design process, where new ideas and prototypes are born, while STEELFORM produces them.

Products and technologies

• Materials: Premium materials such as stainless steel (AISI 304), titanium and carbon are used for production. This ensures not only a long service life, but also a reduction in the weight of the motorcycle.

• Hydroforming: One of the key technologies used by HP Corse is hydroforming. This process allows for the creation of complex, smooth and elegant exhaust shapes without the need for welding, which increases strength and improves exhaust gas flow.
