OS-BASE HONDA CRF 1100L AFRICA TWIN
A new larger version of the popular OS-BASE, specifically designed for the Honda CRF1100L (Adventure Sports model requires removal of the rear topcase rack).
The OS-BASE is a "real big over-the-seat strap" that allows the mounting of OS-6, OS-12 or OS-18 ADVENTURE PACKS. This system does not require any heavy metal frames and provides an extremely durable and lightweight solution for transporting on the CRF 1100L without permanent changes to the motorcycle bodywork.
The supplied CRF BOLT-ON LOOPS attach to the motorcycle frame under the seat and fit behind the CRF alloy brackets, providing 4 points for hanging a separate OS-PACK or US-Drypack. In conjunction with other loops on the OS-BASE, they provide various mounting points for a set of 3 or more bags, or can be used to mount the OS-PACK bag as a stand-alone rear pack without the OS-BASE.
The adjustable length of the straps makes installation easy, and the purpose-designed shape of the main body provides a firm and secure fit with sufficient clearance from the exhaust. Mounting the system on the motorcycle takes less than a minute and dismounting only a few seconds.
