The adapter allows for a plug-and-play connection between the T3 headlights and the factory front turn signal harness of the Africa Twin 1100. The kit includes a pair of color-coded adapters, so installation couldn't be easier.
When using this adapter for the Africa Twin 1100, the T3 lights will glow yellow as DRLs (just like the factory turn signals) and will flash in sync with the factory turn signals. Please note that the white DRL variant could not be used on this vehicle due to the factory wiring configuration. This kit still provides a great solution with orange DRLs that work and flash in sync with the factory turn signals.
This adapter can also be used to install any turn signals, just cut off the white connector and solder this adapter to the bare wires on the turn signal.
