The ELEPHANT DRYBAG top case bags are attached to side cases and are the ideal companion for long journeys. You can attach the bags to cases that are equipped with eyelets on the lid, such as the Wunderlich EXTREME, to the original BMW Adventure aluminum cases, or with the Wunderlich holder to the original Vario plastic cases. The case can be opened and closed even with the bags attached. The undersides are paint-friendly and non-slip, causing no abrasions. The generous volume of 18 liters can be expanded by a further 8 liters to 26 liters using the pull-out parts.
The bottom of the top case is equipped with a full-surface, dimensionally stable insert. The generous mesh pocket in the lid offers additional space for everything you need to have at hand. It closes with a zipper. No additional waterproof cover is needed for riding in the rain. They are also suitable as comfortable armrests for the passenger.
The finer structure of the CORDURA® 500 mesh used underlines the puristic look of the new series. To achieve water resistance and dimensional stability, this high-quality technical fabric is laminated on the inside with a durable TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) layer. All seams and joints are carefully taped to make them water resistant. The zippers are also water resistant and dustproof.
The lid covers the top of the bags and the zippers. This construction ensures that they remain completely waterproof.
It includes a multi-purpose holder system consisting of regularly arranged oval holes, which is similar to the military MOLLE system. Additional bags can be individually attached here using easy-to-use straps.
